Privacy notice

Poolside stores the account name and email you provide, club membership status, pool settings, reservations, blocks, waiting-list requests, and billing references. We use this information to manage private club schedules, keep bookings consistent and provide account support.

Members see availability counts and their own bookings. Only the club manager sees member names and emails in the roster and staff schedule. We send verification and reset links to account email addresses; cancellation and availability notices go only to verified member addresses. A successful provider response does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Manager campaign attribution and product events help us understand club signups and actual paid use. Internal and test accounts are excluded from customer claims. We do not sell member lists or collect health, birth-date or child profile information.

Accounts and club data remain until deleted by an authorized account holder, subject to payment-provider records and legally required retention. Owners can export club data and delete their club. Members can export their own data and delete their account. Contact stephen@stoa.works for access or correction requests.
